MRPC engineering will work with you in the early phases of your product development cycle to deliver the highest quality components and assemblies on time. Our engineers work with your electronic design data to provide a timely assessment of the tooling and manufacturing required in your product. Our in-house CAD systems support ProEngineer, Solidworks and Auto CAD data transfer. Other services can be provided such as FEA and mold flow upon request.
We work with your R&D and manufacturing engineers to optimize your designs for improved function, repeatability and integration into final product.
With in-house lab facilities, our chemists can formulate specific elastomers that can be sampled and tested to your specifications.
Elastomers of all types can be custom milled in our lab and molded to produce sample parts for your evaluation. Plastic samples can be converted into SLA or SLS models using electronic data. Mold inserts typically are tooled and run in standard mold bases.
We work to understand the critical features, dimensions and product testing requirements early in the program. You receive a quality or control plan prior to production.
We ensure that your tools will be manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time. A tool capability study is provided upon request.Program success is predicated on early involvement by our engineering team.
