Plastic Molding

MRPC offers extensive thermoplastic molding capabilities to complement our elastomer and silicone molding. Using presses ranging in tonnage from micro to 390 tons, we mold most rigid and flexible engineering thermoplastics, including C-FLEX, PEI, PEEK, TPU, TPE and PVC. Because of the wide range of materials we mold, MRPC can offer components that combine materials, including nylon and LSR, silicone and PEI, TPU and polycarbonate, and TPE and polycarbonate.

Combining our state-of-the-art presses with robotics, MRPC offers highly engineered thermoplastic components at very competitive prices. Plus, we offer rapid prototyping using SLA or SLS technologies.
