Silicone Molding

MRPC specializes in molding USP Class VI, restricted or unrestricted silicone materials specified for use in FDA Class I, II and III devices. These silicones can be either "gum" (high consistency elastomers) or LIM/LSR (liquid silicone rubber) materials. The silicone components can be molded flash free or laser finished depending on component design. In addition to molding, we offer pyrogen-free cleaning and packaging.
