At MRPC, quality assurance is our number-one consideration, without compromise. Our quality system was certified to ISO 9002 in 1997 by Det Norske Veritas. The system has been continuously upgraded, both with employee training and state-of-the-art inspection equipment, and was recertified to ISO 9001:2000 in 2004.
Our quality assurance system starts with initial customer discussions concerning your component requirements. It continues through the finalization of the component design and construction and capability analysis of the production tooling.
Once production begins, every
step of the manufacturing process is monitored and controlled — from control
of raw materials to control of the packing and shipping of the finished product.
We manufacture and ship components to meet your requirements, and we take pride
in the number
of customers who we "ship to stock."
