Mark Knepprath Joins MRPC As Continuous Improvement Manager

BUTLER, Wis. (September 27, 2018) — MRPC, a single-source provider of medical device components and assemblies, has hired Mark Knepprath as Continuous Improvement Manager. This hire aligns with MRPC’s focus on continuous improvement within the organization and the need to develop ongoing opportunities to strengthen our value proposition for our clients.

Mark joined MRPC in March, 2018, and within the first 90 days rolled out a new continuous improvement program, along with an initial set of plant educational training sessions. “Mark’s 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and 25 years of experience in manufacturing, along with his passion for continuous improvement will enable MRPC to continue to grow and provide a collaborative approach to our medical device manufacturing clients”, said Dave Knudtson, Vice President of Operations.

Knepprath is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 10 years of experience in continuous improvement. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and has helped many Wisconsin-based manufacturing organizations achieve success through continuous improvement.
