Sarah Buelow Named Vice President of Human Resources for MRPC, PDC and Injectech
Human resources leadership appointment strengthens the organization’s ability to support growth, talent development and continued integration.
October 8, 2026 — MRPC, Plastic Design Company (PDC), and Injectech, now operating as one organization serving the medical device, life science, and bioprocessing markets, have appointed Sarah Buelow as Vice President of Human Resources. Her addition strengthens the organization’s focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and building the workforce needed to support continued growth.
Buelow brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, medical device and global organizations. Her background includes leading HR strategies for multi-site operations, talent acquisition and development, organizational transformation, workforce planning and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, she served as Global Director of Human Resources for a global aerospace and industrial manufacturing organization, supporting five sites across the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Throughout her career, Buelow has held senior HR leadership roles supporting complex manufacturing organizations and large, geographically distributed workforces. Her experience includes managing HR teams supporting 23 sites globally, leading HR operations across 13 manufacturing facilities, and supporting organizations with thousands of employees. She has also led due diligence and integration efforts for major acquisitions, including a $1 billion acquisition spanning four regions, and has overseen due diligence for more than 20 additional M&A opportunities.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Buelow will help develop and execute the organization’s people strategy as it continues to grow and build a more connected manufacturing organization. Her responsibilities will include talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement and supporting the integration of new businesses and teams.
