MRPC utilizes a systematic approach to projects involving clean room silicone and plastic injection molding. We start by assisting customers in design for moldability through SOLIDWORKS® Plastics and other software’s. Once the product design is solidified, quality and tooling requirements are established and formalized through living documentation. A mold may then be designed and built, conforming to rigorous standards throughout.
Through scientific molding techniques in conjunction with using RJG instrumented tooling, a process window can be developed and validated.
MRPC is your one stop source for silicone and plastic injection molding; including product design assistance, tool design, rigorous mold trial testing, process development, DOEs, process qualification, system validation, in-house metrology, and resin sourcing & supply chain management.
MRPC’s experienced team provides molding for the medical device industry that complies with FDA standards.
