Technology manager appointment strengthens the organization’s ability to integrate systems, streamline operations and support continued growth.
October 22, 2026 — MRPC, Plastic Design Company (PDC), and Injectech, now operating as one organization serving the medical device, life science, and bioprocessing markets, have appointed Anne Berndt as Business Systems Manager. Her addition strengthens the organization’s focus on integrating business systems, improving collaboration across locations, and building a technology environment that supports scalability and continued growth.
Berndt brings more than 15 years of IT and ERP leadership experience in manufacturing environments, with expertise in ERP implementation and optimization, systems integration, IT strategy and vendor management. Her experience includes successfully transitioning an ERP system to Infor CSI Syteline, implementing and integrating Salesforce, and managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
Previously, Berndt directed IT operations and ERP strategy across three manufacturing facilities, supporting more than 60 users. She also spent nearly nine years as a Network and ERP Administrator, building extensive experience with manufacturing systems, business applications and technology infrastructure across multiple locations.
As Business Systems Manager, Berndt will lead the organization’s business systems and IT initiatives across its multiple facilities. She will work closely with leadership and the organization’s strategic IT partner to advance technology initiatives, streamline processes, improve collaboration and establish greater consistency across systems and locations. Her role will also include evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, while helping establish appropriate guidance and governance for their use.
“Anne brings the combination of manufacturing experience, technical expertise and hands-on leadership that we need as we continue building a more connected organization,” said Steen Coleman, Chief Financial Officer. “She understands the systems and technology that manufacturing organizations rely on every day, but she also understands how those systems need to evolve as a business grows. Her experience with ERP implementations, systems integration and multi-site environments will be valuable as we work toward greater consistency, collaboration and scalability across the organization.”
“I’m excited to join MRPC, PDC and Injectech at such an important time in the organization’s growth,” said Berndt. “There is a tremendous opportunity to bring our systems and processes together in ways that make it easier for our teams to collaborate, access information and do their jobs effectively. I’m looking forward to working with the team and helping build a technology environment that supports where the organization is headed.”
Berndt’s addition supports MRPC, PDC and Injectech as the organization continues building a more connected manufacturing environment. Her experience across IT, ERP systems, integrations and manufacturing will support efforts to modernize technology, improve business processes and build a scalable foundation for continued growth.
