Jonathan Van Loon Joins MRPC as Director of Engineering
MRPC, a fully integrated contract manufacturer specializing in medical device manufacturing of medical devices and medical components, has hired Jonathan Van Loon as Director of Engineering.
In this role, Van Loon will help lead MRPC’s New Product Development teams, supporting the successful transition of customer programs from concept through production. He will also provide cross-functional engineering support to ensure projects are developed on time, tooling and processes meet expectations, and customer requirements are consistently achieved. His leadership will further strengthen MRPC’s focus on Design for Manufacturability (DFM), helping customers optimize part design, material selection, and process scalability early in the development cycle.
Van Loon brings more than 22 years of experience and extensive knowledge in product development, tooling, and engineering management. His background spans a range of industries, including medical and biopharmaceutical, automotive and filtration, where he has led engineering teams, supported new product introductions, and driven process improvements across complex manufacturing environments.
