MRPC Appoints Erin House as Vice President of Marketing, Deepening Its Commercial Investment
MRPC, a fully integrated contract manufacturer specializing in medical device manufacturing of medical devices and medical components, today announced the appointment of Erin House as Vice President of Marketing. The addition of a dedicated marketing leader reflects MRPC’s ongoing investment in its commercial organization and in how it brings its manufacturing capabilities to the medical device market.
Founded in 1921 and headquartered in Butler, Wisconsin, with additional facilities in Hudson, New Hampshire, and Largo, Florida, MRPC is an ISO 13485 certified, FDA registered contract manufacturer of medical devices, instruments, and disposables. Its vertically integrated capabilities span LSR and HCR silicone molding, thermoplastic molding, and rubber molding, along with cleanroom assembly and packaging, sterilization management, and supply chain support – providing OEMs end-to-end product lifecycle support from design for manufacturability through finished device assembly.
As MRPC invests to serve its customers more effectively, it is deepening its commercial team – bringing senior, dedicated leadership to a marketing function that has long supported the company’s customers and its brand.
Erin House joins MRPC with nearly two decades of experience in medical device marketing and commercial leadership, most recently as Head of Global Marketing for a medical device contract manufacturer. Her background spans global brand positioning, go-to-market strategy for new manufacturing capabilities, thought-leadership content, sales enablement, and commercial analytics. She holds an M.S. in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University.
In this role, she will lead MRPC’s brand, digital presence, and commercial marketing – with a focus on making the company’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities clearly understood across the medical device industry.
“For more than a century, MRPC has grown through mastering difficult materials and taking on the projects others won’t,” said Greg Riemer, President and CEO of MRPC. “Investing in a dedicated marketing leader of Erin’s caliber is part of how we carry that forward. Her focus is making sure the industry fully understands the scale of what we can do for medical device teams.”
“MRPC tackles the kinds of manufacturing challenges that require creativity, technical expertise, and close collaboration. My job is to help tell the story of what MRPC can do and connect medical device teams with the expertise behind it,” said House. “It’s an exciting place to start, and I’m looking forward to building on the foundation and legacy this team has already put in place.”
