Wisconsin-based MRPC, a single-source provider of medical device components and assemblies, has been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a 2012 Top Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin. The award acknowledges the best places to work in the area and is based upon feedback from employees.
“Receiving this honor is special to us because ultimately it comes from our employees,” said Greg Riemer, president of MRPC. “We realize that MRPC’s success stems from the hard work of our incredible team and that translates to industry-leading results for our customers.”
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces 2012 program surveyed employees from 195 companies, who employed 101,256 workers in the area. This year, 118 workplaces were recognized within the region and MRPC was named one of the top 50 in its category. A special Top Workplaces section was printed in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Sunday, May 20, 2012.
The award comes on the heels of a period of record growth for the 91-year-old company, which has seen 54 hires in the past 10 months. Also a part of its growth, MRPC acquired ETI Incorporated, a Florida-based firm with expertise in liquid silicone rubber molding, in April.
