MRPC, PDC and Injectech Unite as One Company for Medical Device and Life Science Manufacturing
Three established manufacturers now operate as a single organization spanning precision molding, silicone and thermoplastic expertise, and catalog and custom fluid management components. A new unified brand will be introduced in early 2027.
MRPC, Plastic Design Company (PDC) and Injectech announced that the companies are operating as one organization serving the medical device, life science and bioprocessing markets. The combined company brings together more than a century of manufacturing heritage, spanning multiple U.S. manufacturing locations and a capability set that includes micro molding, silicone and thermoplastic molding and assemblies, and catalog and custom fluid management components.
The three businesses, each acquired by Vance Street Capital between 2021 and 2025, have spent the past several months integrating leadership, engineering resources and commercial teams. Today’s announcement formalizes what customers have increasingly experienced in practice: a single organization and coordinated access to capabilities and teams that previously required multiple suppliers.
Operating as one company is the first step in building a manufacturing business around what medical device and life science OEMs need next. The organization will continue to invest in people, technology, capacity and complementary capabilities so it can continue to deliver highly engineered components, sub-assemblies and finished-device solutions reliably and at scale, providing a single-source option that remains difficult to find in the market today.

Leadership for the Next Phase
Greg Riemer, Chief Executive Officer of MRPC, has been named Chief Executive Officer of the combined company.
Riemer has spent more than three decades in plastic, silicone and rubber molding and brings hands-on experience across commercial, operational and executive leadership. He became president of MRPC in 2010 after serving as Chief Operating Officer and has since led the company through acquisitions, expanded cleanroom and molding capacity, and broadened finished-device manufacturing capabilities. Riemer said his focus will be preserving the technical expertise and customer relationships that made each business successful while building a more connected organization for the future.

A Broader Capability Set Under One Organization
The combined company offers:
- Silicone and thermoplastic molding, including LSR, HCR and rubber molding, and and multi-material molding of dissimilar materials such as thermoplastic and silicone
- Precision and micro injection molding, including micro-on-macro, injection molding and overmolding, with expertise in demanding polymers such as PEEK, COP and COC
- In-house tooling and mold making, design for manufacturability and process development
- Cleanroom assembly, packaging, sterilization management and supply chain support
- Fluid management components from Injectech and Resenex (acquired by PDC in 2024), including luer connectors, check valves, barbed and shielded connectors, tubing connectors and spikes, available as catalog products or custom designs
What This Means for Customers Today
The company emphasized that day-to-day relationships are unchanged. As of the time of this announcement, all five manufacturing sites continue to operate with the same teams and the same quality systems and certifications. Any future changes will be communicated directly and in advance through customers’ established quality and supply channels.
A New Brand in Early 2027
A unified company name and brand identity will be introduced in early 2027, with the transition taking place in phases. Until then, the company will continue to operate under the MRPC, PDC (with the Resenex brand name included) and Injectech names.
