MRPC, a single-source provider of medical device components and assemblies, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

The award follows a period of growth for the 98-year old company, which includes the installation of six new machines that support growing client needs and multiple new hires across their Butler, WI, Largo, FL and Hudson, NH facilities. MRPC plans to add additional employees to their team throughout the remainder of the year.
This is the 6th time that MRPC has been named a Top Workplaces award winner in Southeast Wisconsin.
