MRPC Strengthens Its Leadership Team By Adding Carl L. Lider as Chief Operating Officer

MRPC, a single-source provider of medical device components and assemblies, hired Carl L. Lider as Chief Operating Officer. This hire demonstrates MRPC’s commitment to organizational growth, improving client satisfaction through continuous collaboration, and promoting the company culture and vision.

Carl will manage the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality operations of the business, across MRPC’s three manufacturing facilities located in Butler, WI (headquarters), Largo, FL and Hudson, NH. Carl’s responsibilities will also include driving Continuous Improvement activities to provide manufacturing cost savings, working with the sales department to gain new business and improving client satisfaction by improving on-time delivery and reducing lead-times.

Lider has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with 20 of those years spent in molding and assembly. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI. Lider is a Six Sigma Black Belt leader and is a retired Army Major, whose last position was Battalion Executive Officer.
