MRPC has developed unique processes for two-material molding of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) materials onto metal, LSR materials onto plastic, custom rubber materials onto metal, custom rubber and silicone materials onto PEEK, thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) onto rigid plastics and TPEs onto metal. Our two-material molding processes ensure product integrity, reliability and safety, while improving the form, fit and function of your final product.

MRPC can chemically or mechanically bond two materials together. Chemical bonds are achieved by applying medical grade primers and/or surface treatment processes with rigid substrate components. Chemical bonding ensures the highest product reliability and quality of two-material components. With specialized expertise in two-material bonding, MRPC can also suggest improvements for part design to meet your product’s functional needs.
