What is happening
These businesses have spent the past several months integrating leadership, engineering resources and operational systems. This announcement formalizes what many customers have already experienced: one organization, and coordinated access to capabilities that previously required multiple suppliers.
Every site continues to operate with the same teams. A unified brand identity will launch in early 2027. Until then, we will continue under the MRPC, PDC, Injectech, and Resenex names.

Precision in MedTech
In medical device and life science manufacturing, the impact on people is why most of us are here, and we know where these parts end up. We make things like connectors on infusion lines, seals inside surgical instruments and valves inside bioprocess systems. The components may be small, but they are critical.
That is what pulls us toward the harder problems: whether two materials can be made to bond, whether a feature can be held tighter than it has been held before, what is possible when the answer is not obvious yet.
Sometimes a customer is trying to build something that has never existed. Sometimes they are working to ensure the device is available when a patient needs it. Either way, our customers are moving this industry forward, and they can only move as fast as what we can make.
Depth takes decades
With more than a century of molding for one, these businesses started in different places. A button factory in Wisconsin, an engineering desk in Arizona, a rented garage in Colorado, a line of patented valves out of Southern California. Each of them found their way into medtech. Decades later, each one has a specialization built on that time. Now, all four specializations sit in one organization.

What comes next
