MRPC Makes Multiple Organizational Investments in Support of New Program Win

MRPC, a fully integrated contract manufacturer of medical device assemblies and components, continues its trajectory of growth by investing in organizational enhancements.

Over the past few years, MRPC has made significant investments to their facilities, processes, and team. Most recently, MRPC pursued and received MedAccred® Injection Molding accreditation, added 2,200 sq. ft of manufacturing space to the Largo, FL facility and added staff across all three facilities. Additionally, MRPC is in the process of completing a cleanroom expansion project at their headquarters facility in Butler, WI. This project focuses on adding more automation capabilities, while increasing their overall cleanroom footprint.

This investment in the facilities, machines and staff is in support of existing and future client growth, including a large new program win, which was awarded to MRPC by a global leader in all facets of patient care. The program, which will be manufactured in the headquarters location, includes developing, manufacturing, and implementing multiple production tools, in support of multiple molded components with several configurations. The final components will be utilized in proprietary systems, which support one of the client’s main areas of business.

Growth is a 2024 theme for the MRPC team and will be emphasized throughout the year. Additional facility and technology advancements are already in progress for calendar year 2024, with some updates slated to be completed in late Q1/early Q2.
